Senior SAP HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct requirement analyses, develop solution concepts, and design architectures for SAP HCM on-premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Assist clients with the implementation and management of intricate SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.

• Independently oversee customer relationships within the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors landscape.

• Deliver consulting, customization, and configuration services.

• Actively participate in shaping the company’s strategic direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in computer science or human resources.

• Multiple years of professional experience with SAP HCM.

• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Payroll (including schemas and rules), Time Management (including schemas and rules), Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or various SuccessFactors modules.

• Proficient in German.

• Good command of English.

• Willingness to travel is essential.

• Strong presence, methodical approach, and excellent communication skills.

• High degree of accountability, business acumen, and proactive attitude.

• ABAP knowledge is a plus.
