Senior SAP FI-CO Consultant, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to international clients across diverse sectors.

• Take responsibility for sub-project and project management within SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

• Design and implement AI-enhanced SAP Finance solutions encompassing accounting, controlling, cash, and treasury functions.

• Ensure smooth end-to-end integration throughout the value chain.

• Work with SAP S/4HANA accounting and controlling technologies in both cloud-based and on-premise settings.

• Contribute to areas focused on GenAI in Finance, S/4HANA Finance, and Financial Reporting.

• Assist in positioning consulting services and identifying as well as pursuing new business opportunities with coaching support.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from documenting existing processes and creating a roadmap to the rollout of the new S/4HANA system environment.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and documentation.

• Collaborate with IT and business colleagues to create effective solutions.

• Establish professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to deliver proposed solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance consulting.

• Strong proficiency in the design and implementation of SAP FI and/or CO modules, including customization.

• Project experience with SAP S/4HANA in both agile and traditional settings.

• Preferably experience in the public sector, energy, or financial services industries.

• Familiarity with Financial Reporting and SAP Group Reporting is an advantage.

• Initial experience with SAP RISE and/or integration of cloud solutions is beneficial.

• A strong interest in AI-driven tools and the ability to integrate them into daily tasks.

• Fluency in business German and English.
