Senior SAP FI-CO Consultant, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to international clients in various sectors on SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives

• Take ownership of sub-project and overall project management tasks

• Design and deploy AI-enhanced SAP Finance solutions for accounting, controlling, cash management, and treasury operations

• Ensure comprehensive integration throughout the value chain

• Work with SAP S/4HANA accounting and controlling technologies in both cloud and on-premise settings

• Contribute to the focus areas of GenAI in Finance, S/4HANA Finance, and Financial Reporting

• Assist in the positioning of consulting services while identifying and pursuing new business prospects through coaching

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from process evaluation and roadmap creation to S/4HANA implementation

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and documentation

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to create effective solutions

• Foster professional relationships with clients, management, and team members

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in SAP Finance consulting

• In-depth knowledge in designing and implementing SAP FI and/or CO modules, including customization

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in both agile and traditional project environments

• Familiarity with Financial Reporting and SAP Group Reporting is advantageous

• Initial exposure to SAP RISE and/or cloud solution integration is a plus

• Strong enthusiasm for AI-driven tools and the ability to leverage them in everyday tasks

• A passion for innovative, future-oriented finance technologies

• A creative, forward-thinking perspective

• Excellent customer orientation coupled with a proactive, solution-focused approach

• Proficient in business German and English

• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations
