Senior SAP FI-CO Consultant, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic guidance to international clients across various sectors regarding SAP transformations.

• Take ownership of sub-projects and overall project management within SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

• Design and deploy AI-enabled SAP Finance solutions that encompass accounting, controlling, cash management, and treasury functions.

• Ensure comprehensive integration across the entire value chain.

• Utilize SAP S/4HANA accounting and controlling technologies in both cloud and on-premise settings.

• Contribute to areas such as GenAI in Finance, S/4HANA Finance, and Financial Reporting.

• Assist in positioning consulting services and actively seek out new business opportunities with coaching support.

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from documenting existing processes to developing roadmaps and rolling out new S/4HANA environments.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and documentation.

• Collaborate with IT and business partners to devise solutions using existing systems when applicable.

• Cultivate professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure successful solution delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in SAP Finance.

• Extensive knowledge in designing and implementing SAP FI and/or CO modules, including customization.

• Project experience with SAP S/4HANA in both agile and traditional environments.

• Proficiency in business German and English.

• Strong interest in AI-driven tools and the capability to integrate them into daily tasks.

• Enthusiasm for innovative and forward-thinking finance technologies.

• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements.

• Familiarity with Financial Reporting, SAP Group Reporting, SAP RISE, and cloud solution integration is advantageous.

• Experience in public sector, energy, or financial services industries is preferred.
