SAP Consultant, SuccessFactors, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess HR business needs and create customized SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

• Configure and provide support for SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central and possibly Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning.

• Establish data models, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, and picklists.

• Facilitate integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, S/4HANA, or external systems.

• Plan and implement data migration tasks and assist during testing phases.

• Engage in implementation and rollout projects as well as biannual SuccessFactors release updates.

• Manage incidents and change requests, offering 2nd/3rd level support.

• Create functional documentation and lead workshops and training sessions for key users.

• Collaborate with German-speaking HR stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant.

• Strong proficiency in Employee Central.

• Additional experience with other SuccessFactors modules is advantageous.

• Experience in at least one complete SuccessFactors implementation or rollout cycle.

• Solid understanding of business rules, data models, role-based permissions, and workflows.

• Familiarity with integration scenarios involving SAP HCM or S/4HANA is a plus.

• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) are highly desirable.

• Proficient in German (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capable of working autonomously and within international, multicultural teams.
