SAP CO, PS, IM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Configure and uphold SAP CO, PS, and IM functionalities to align with business needs.

• Evaluate business processes and convert requirements into functional SAP solutions.

• Assist in controlling processes, which include cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis.

• Aid in project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, settlement, and reporting through SAP PS.

• Oversee investment planning, budgeting, approval workflows, and investment program structures within SAP IM.

• Guarantee seamless integration between SAP CO, PS, IM, and other pertinent SAP modules, especially FI and MM.

• Engage in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade initiatives.

• Draft functional specifications and work alongside technical teams on enhancements and integrations.

• Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in defect resolution.

• Offer functional support to business users and play a role in ongoing process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in one or more of CO, PS, and IM.

• Strong understanding of SAP Controlling, Project System, and Investment Management processes.

• Experience in SAP configuration, requirements analysis, and functional testing.

• Familiarity with project cost management, investment planning, budgeting, and settlement procedures.

• Knowledge of the integration between SAP CO, PS, IM, and FI/MM.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is beneficial.

• Proficiency in English and German is required.
