Senior SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Enhance the internal SAP team for the client by focusing on an SAP CRM platform dedicated to case and benefits management.

• Engage in SAP CRM consulting and develop SAP CRM WebUI solutions.

• Collaborate across various phases, including analysis, design, development, operations, and L2/L3 support.

• Create and improve SAP CRM WebUI components utilizing BOL/GenIL and ABAP OO.

• Configure Business Partner, Case Management, and Activity Management functionalities, incorporating statuses and lifecycles.

• Develop business rules and decision tables using BRFplus.

• Set up authorizations, logging, and traceability measures for sensitive personal data.

• Maintain interfaces through CRM Middleware to SAP S/4HANA.

• Execute testing via E2E, manage transports with ChaRM, offer go-live assistance, and perform root cause analysis for L2/L3 support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with SAP CRM 7.0 encompassing the complete lifecycle, including production support.

• Advanced expertise in SAP CRM WebUI, particularly with BOL/GenIL.

• Proficient in Business Partner, Case Management, and Activity Management.

• Experience with SAP CRM in public sector settings or similarly regulated environments handling sensitive data.

• Familiarity with BRFplus, SAP authorizations, and CRM Middleware.

• Experience using tools like Jira, ChaRM, Solution Manager, and Confluence.

• Proficient in French, with a minimum C1 level of fluency.
