Associate Director – Success Manager, Government

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and enhance a team of Customer Success Managers who support customers in the Federal segment.

• Propel revenue growth by providing effective support to both sellers and customers.

• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction levels.

• Guide the team to surpass customer experience goals while effectively managing personnel in the Public Sector Federal Segment.

• Analyze data to devise and execute strategies that generate revenue and promote continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily activities related to Ordering, Pricing, and Contracting support and execution.

• Meet revenue targets while minimizing expenses.

• Develop and implement strategic policies and innovative initiatives for technology, corporate compliance, training, and workforce planning.

• Collaborate with various business areas to ensure strategic alignment and manage organizational change.

• Maintain robust domestic and international vendor relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Public Trust clearance.

• Supervise the Federal CSM team, responsible for executing Support Requests, task assignments, and compliance with company policies.

• Proven experience managing large, complex business-to-business sales offload functions.

• Strong knowledge of products and pricing.

• Capability to exercise judgment and resolve intricate problems.

• Accountability for influencing decisions related to hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and promotions for team members.

• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in the Public Sector is highly preferred.
