Senior SAP Consultant – Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Project Management, Business Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Execute SAP digital transformation initiatives within the defined client scope, timelines, and milestones.

• Act as an essential member of the delivery team and advocate for exceptional customer experiences.

• Engage in SAP specialties such as finance, logistics, manufacturing, and project management.

• Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to achieve successful project completions.

• Work in partnership with globally distributed teams.

• Adhere to AMS processes and comply with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Prepare and deliver status update reports.

• Participate in weekly operational meetings with business stakeholders.

• Design, implement, and configure comprehensive SAP solutions.

• Provide support during go-live phases and train end-users.

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist business users during key-user and end-user testing phases.

• Facilitate workshops for various stakeholder groups.

• Engage in cutover activities and review as well as validate cutover plans.

• Assist with data migration activities.

• Support the business during the go-live phase and hypercare period.

• Participate in gap analysis, UAT preparation, cutover preparation, and hypercare follow-up meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in SAP project management.

• Completion of at least two full lifecycle implementation projects.

• Proficient in blueprint design, fit-gap analysis, user testing, and documenting local business requirements.

• Exceptional communication skills for interactions with business users, stakeholders, and C-level executives.

• Capability to lead workshops effectively.

• Deep understanding of SAP project implementation phases and delivery models.

• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% monthly.

• Required United States work authorization; no sponsorship available.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.

• Certification relevant to educational background is preferred.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• SAP certification(s) are preferred.
