Senior SAP AMS Support Consultant – SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and fulfill daily client needs, encompassing service requests, incident resolution, problem management, and minor adjustments.

• Operate in accordance with ITIL principles and service level agreements.

• Address intricate SAP challenges and offer strategic recommendations to enhance SAP-related operations.

• Take charge of SAP AMS activities across various SAP modules.

• Assist The Config Team products and mobile technology initiatives.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of client and industry-specific business processes.

• Provide guidance and advice to clients.

• Deliver outstanding SAP application management support and services.

• Collaborate with a knowledgeable, trusted, and expert SAP AMS team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP PP.

• Solid understanding of processes and best practices within specialized SAP areas.

• Proven problem-solving skills in SAP.

• Capability to engage with internal and external stakeholders in a support capacity.

• Valid UK driving license.

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Functional and/or configuration experience in other SAP modules (preferable).

• Experience with or implementing mobile solutions in SAP ITS or third-party products integrated with SAP (preferable).

• Ability to troubleshoot ABAP issues and bugs (preferable).

• Must currently reside in the United Kingdom.

• Must be prepared to respond to questions regarding UK driving license, UK residency, work eligibility, and visa sponsorship.
