Senior Salesforce QA/Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Act as the quality gatekeeper for the program.

• Collaborate with the functional analyst and client users to design the test case catalog for each service order.

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and smoke tests on project environments.

• Validate the consumption of integrations against published contracts, including error scenarios.

• Log defects with reproducible evidence, prioritize them, and verify fixes.

• Maintain and execute regression testing on previously delivered work as new service orders are added.

• Support the client during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and consolidate findings.

• Report the quality status for each service order to the project governance.

• Ensure that nothing reaches client certification without having undergone testing and evidence verification.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software QA.

• More than 1 year of experience testing Salesforce applications.

• Experience in designing and executing functional, integration, and regression test cases.

• Proficient in defect management tools (Azure Test Plans, Jira, or similar).

• Experience in REST API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.

• Test automation experience with Provar, Selenium, or Playwright (preferred).

• Background in banking or systems with high traceability requirements (preferred).

• Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
