This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and synchronize extensive datasets within Salesforce.
• Create integration solutions connecting Salesforce with enterprise applications utilizing modern APIs and middleware platforms.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis using SQL, Python, and DBAmp to detect data quality issues, trends, and anomalies.
• Generate data-driven insights that support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Design, optimize, and sustain both standard and custom Salesforce objects.
• Establish scalable data models that cater to reporting, analytics, and business intelligence needs.
• Implement automated data quality controls, deduplication procedures, and data cleansing frameworks.
• Uphold data governance, security, compliance, and retention policies across Salesforce platforms.
• Oversee and enhance data integration processes, APIs, and Salesforce data operations.
• Enhance system scalability and the efficiency of data processing.
• 7–9+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Salesforce Data Architecture, Data Integration, or CRM Data Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale Salesforce data migration, integration, and transformation projects.
• Ability to convert complex data structures and technical concepts into accessible insights for stakeholders.
• Expert-level proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.
• Skills in Apex programming and Apex collections.
• Familiarity with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Data Model and Schema.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield (Data Encryption).
• Understanding of Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Data Security best practices.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and transformation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Experience with Data Loader, Bulk API 2.0, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Proficient with Snowflake, BigQuery, Oracle Database, and SQL Server.
• Experience with data integration and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Experience using Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
• Knowledge of CI/CD deployment pipelines, Agile/Scrum development methodologies, and DataOps/DevOps best practices.
