This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of CBM+ program initiatives from their initial stages through to deployment, ensuring they align with broader business and mission goals.
• Manage the complete data collection and processing lifecycle, which includes the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ETL pipelines.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical assessments, and data visualization to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
• Develop and sustain knowledge graph capabilities.
• Work in collaboration with multifunctional engineering teams to embed trained models into production applications and APIs.
• Consistently oversee data quality and model performance to identify and address drift and degradation.
• Create predictive maintenance and logistics forecasting models to support decision-making tools for U.S. Air Force stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional teams operating within an Agile development framework.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required; candidates without an active Secret Clearance cannot be considered).
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or have demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in applied Natural Language Processing (NLP), data labeling, and entity or keyword extraction.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, data governance frameworks, and technical documentation standards.
• Possess a thorough understanding and practical experience with statistical distributions for data assessment, analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Exhibit self-starter qualities with strong interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships with stakeholders and perform tasks independently.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to convey complex technical information to non-technical and executive audiences.
• Have experience with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Qlik Sense, Streamlit, and other visualization or dashboard tools is preferred.
• Willingness to travel minimally, as required, to engage with government customers and project stakeholders.
