This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Lead the entire process of discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization.
β’ Create enterprise process maps and detailed work instructions.
β’ Identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for process enhancement.
β’ Establish governance and standards for processes.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, as well as Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Engineer and implement functionalities across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud.
β’ Oversee the delivery lifecycle from feature ideation through development, production deployment, and user adoption.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud.
β’ Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders.
β’ Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other relevant stakeholder groups.
β’ Translate operational needs into scalable business solutions.
β’ Work closely with engineering leaders to enhance processes.
β’ Drive Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to assess process performance.
β’ Conduct root cause analyses and implement necessary corrective actions.
β’ 4-5 years of experience in a role focused on analysis and process improvement.
β’ Proven ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams while representing the interests of various stakeholders.
β’ Experience in delivering complex Salesforce software systems and solutions, including Flow design, data modeling, security architecture, and other no-code platform functionalities.
β’ Strong knowledge of healthcare data and API standards, including HL7 and FHIR.
β’ Understanding of security and access controls, particularly for health data.
β’ Experience in integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems.
β’ Background in migrating existing business processes to Salesforce.
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks and comprehend requirements to address core needs rather than just immediate requests.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Jenkins.
β’ Must possess legal authorization to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa, either currently or in the future.
β’ Successful candidates will be required to undergo a background check.
