This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee and direct intricate sales opportunities from the initial engagement until the contract is finalized.
• Create and manage proposals, quotations, contracts, CRM records, and customer-related documentation.
• Generate pipeline summaries, forecast reports, revenue updates, and dashboards to track sales performance.
• Ensure all sales documentation and records are precise, up-to-date, and comply with internal protocols.
• Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, providing product guidance and sales assistance.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through prompt communication and solution-focused support.
• Collaborate with operations, service, finance, marketing, and executive teams to synchronize customer expectations with operational capabilities.
• Tackle and resolve issues related to pricing, scheduling, scope adjustments, and workflow obstacles.
• Engage in leadership meetings, sales reviews, and strategic planning efforts.
• Organize sales activities, schedules, resources, and communication across various departments.
• Offer commercial insights and recommendations to facilitate organizational decision-making and boost revenue growth.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvements, emphasizing efficiency, customer experience, and operational consistency.
• Assist in audit preparation efforts and ensure compliance with internal controls and sales governance standards.
• Guarantee adherence to confidentiality mandates, contractual commitments, and company policies.
• Utilize CRM systems, ERP platforms, and workflow tools to enhance visibility and streamline sales processes.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and the development of standardized sales practices and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or similar leadership positions.
• Prior experience in selling propulsion systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, multi-phase customer opportunities and high-value accounts.
• Strong grasp of sales operations, customer engagement strategies, and commercial execution.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and sales reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
