This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Driving membership sales through direct engagement with potential clients, leads, and interested individuals.
• Focusing on high-quality memberships that encourage retention.
• Making 75–100 direct contacts daily via text, email, and phone using the provided lead lists and campaigns.
• Generating new leads through referrals, networking, social selling, events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Taking ownership of assigned studio performance outcomes and ensuring revenue health beyond the initial sale.
• Establishing strong, trust-based relationships with Field Leadership and everyday studio operators.
• Assisting studio teams with sales training, executing campaigns, and reinforcing best practices.
• Conducting timely, high-quality handoffs of qualified leads and clients to local teams.
• Supporting new studio opening events and facilitating early success.
• Collaborating with Customer Experience teams as needed to enhance client satisfaction, address concerns, and safeguard the client journey.
• Ensuring that sales methodologies align with CX standards, brand voice, and operational expectations.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on the [solidcore] experience and membership offerings.
• Identifying, nurturing, and closing B2B relationships and partnerships while meeting expected quotas.
• Actively engaging in the development and implementation of B2B strategies.
• Representing [solidcore] at external events for sales, networking, and lead generation.
• Participating in open houses, tabling, and other market events.
• Utilizing CRM systems to accurately track outreach, follow-up, and conversion activities.
• Maintaining accurate, timely reporting and pipeline hygiene.
• Partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and NSO teams to refine sales strategies and enhance conversion rates.
• Meeting regularly with senior leadership to present performance updates, market trends, and insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A strong passion for the [solidcore] brand, community, and client experience.
• Ability to balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management capabilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a robust sense of ownership and accountability.
• Detail-oriented, professional, punctual, and dependable.
• Experience with CRM systems; Mindbody experience is preferred.
• Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 plus a competitive monthly commission tied to sustainable, retention-driven sales and a quarterly bonus.
