This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Take ownership of the entire sales process: prospecting β qualifying β demonstrating β closing
β’ Focus on Saudi recruitment agencies (with 5 or more recruiters) and corporations (with 50 or more employees or 10 or more open roles)
β’ Conduct customized demonstrations that highlight return on investment and accelerate hiring through AI
β’ Work in partnership with Customer Success to guarantee a seamless transition and satisfied clients
β’ Gather market insights to guide product development and positioning strategies
β’ Keep accurate CRM records and report key performance indicators (conversion rates, win rates, annual recurring revenue)
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or HR technology sales
β’ In-depth understanding of the local hiring landscape
β’ Proficient in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
β’ Demonstrated success in closing deals with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets
β’ Self-assured, consultative, and consistently resourceful
