This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Conduct remote sales of Medtronic’s Cardiac Surgery products and ensure retention of end-user patients within designated territories or customer accounts.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships through email, phone, video messaging, and Microsoft Teams.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver customized customer solutions and improve patient care.
• Utilize CRM tools for managing customer interactions, monitoring sales activities, and evaluating performance metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.
• Provide virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a related role within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a related field in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Background in account management.
• Proficient in using CRM systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
