
Senior Sales Manager – Trading and Leasing, Aerospace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all operations at TAT Trading and Leasing to serve as the second-in-command.
• Assess current processes at TAT Trading and propose enhancements.
• Collaborate with the TAT Trading and Leasing Leader to elevate TAT Trading to $25M by 2026, concentrating on revenue and margin objectives for both immediate and future prospects.
• Oversee and expand the APU lease/exchange pool, delivering exceptional service to customers globally.
• Create lease and exchange agreements.
• Spearhead the expansion of the GTCP131-9A/B and GTCP331-500 standard accounts.
• Implement sales and growth strategies for TAT Trading and Leasing, ensuring that key customer requirements and service expectations are addressed throughout the organization.
• Propel the comprehensive pursuit process, navigating challenges to guarantee timely deal closures that maximize value for customers.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of accounts and pursuits in Salesforce, offering clear status reports to management.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers while leading high-performance commercial deals.
• Collaborate closely with TAT Group sales managers, the Customer Service team, and clients to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
• Robust sales experience with a proven track record in building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business expansion.
• Preferred background in aerospace commercial and/or MRO aftermarket sales.
• Prior experience with airlines in commercial, trading, technical, sales, purchasing, or supply chain roles at or above the buyer level is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving deal closures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a history of delivering results across diverse cultures.
• Demonstrated aptitude for leveraging business and financial acumen to develop complex commercial deal proposals and negotiate final terms.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools for overseeing end-to-end sales processes.
• Capable of operating effectively and resolving issues in situations with ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a highly compliant, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
• Solid financial skills.
