This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Assemble and lead a new team of 8 Account Executives within the Mid-Market division.
• Mentor Account Executives to achieve or surpass their quotas while fostering their professional growth.
• Conduct targeted 1:1 meetings focusing on deal quality, skill enhancement, and accountability.
• Accelerate the onboarding of new representatives and address any performance deficiencies.
• Foster a culture characterized by ownership, collaboration, and high expectations.
• Facilitate weekly reviews of pipeline and forecasts.
• Enhance forecast reliability through rigorous deal scrutiny and maintaining CRM hygiene.
• Ensure adequate pipeline coverage and tackle any gaps in pipeline creation.
• Strengthen structured, representative-driven outbound efforts and utilize metrics and experimentation to enhance effectiveness.
• Guide representatives through mid-market opportunities from discovery to closing.
• Refine deal strategies, positioning, value communication, executive engagement, pricing, stakeholder alignment, and navigation of procurement processes.
• Detect trends in stalled deals and enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Solutions Architects to overcome obstacles in deals.
• Offer frontline insights regarding messaging, territory structuring, and enablement initiatives.
• Test and implement new go-to-market strategies.
• 7–10 years of experience in sales, including 3–5+ years in a management role overseeing quota-carrying representatives, preferably in Marketing Technology or SaaS.
• Proven success in leading effective mid-market or high-velocity sales teams.
• Proficient in pipeline evaluation and forecasting techniques.
• Background in coaching outbound pipeline generation within evolving sales frameworks.
• Familiarity with structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC.
• Strong and clear communication skills with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Successful completion of background checks and employment verifications.
