This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Take ownership of the conversion engine for a business that boasts a robust top of funnel.
• Establish daily targets and provide coaching for sales discussions.
• Oversee metrics related to conversion rates, time-to-contact, and cross-sell attachments.
• Conduct daily meetings and uphold high accountability for outcomes, processes, and attitudes.
• Perform call evaluations, individual sessions, and targeted training sessions.
• Engage in live opportunities to maximize the value of leads.
• Celebrate successes and foster a culture of healthy competition.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance lead flow and digital conversions.
• Uphold stringent compliance standards and ethical sales practices.
• Develop the quality assurance rubric, call review schedule, objection library, and closing resource library.
• Work closely with the training team to cultivate future agents.
• Implement a tiered lead-capacity allocation model based on performance and discipline.
• Enhance and enforce time-to-contact efficiency.
• Identify and nurture high-potential team members and emerging leaders.
• Manage selection through a structured, scored hiring process.
• Report directly to the Director of Distribution.
• Valid P&C license.
• Over 7 years of experience in insurance sales.
• Extensive experience with personal auto insurance.
• Minimum of 4 years in sales leadership, responsible for team performance and production.
• Proven experience managing an efficient, replicable sales operation at scale.
• Experience in creating an enablement function, QA practices, or training programs from the ground up.
• Background in hiring, developing, and retaining producers.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, comparative raters, and automation tools.
• Capable of explaining performance metrics to sales representatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Operations teams.
• Skilled in setting expectations, motivating teams, celebrating achievements, and providing constructive feedback.
• Preferred: Experience in insurtech or digital agency environments.
• Preferred: Leadership experience in a high-volume contact center.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time.
