
Senior Sales Manager, Engineering Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies for COMPREDICT's virtual sensor solutions within the automotive sector.
• Achieve revenue goals and enhance account penetration.
• Navigate intricate consultative sales processes that blend product licensing with engineering collaborations.
• Oversee technical discovery, define statements of work, negotiate commercially, and finalize contracts.
• Cultivate relationships with R&D, engineering procurement, and decision-makers in vehicle programs.
• Discover growth opportunities and expand COMPREDICT's market presence.
• Partner with the CEO, CRO, Product, Engineering Delivery, and Marketing teams to develop value propositions and market entry strategies.
• Represent COMPREDICT at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison for European clients across product and engineering service engagements.
• Ensure seamless delivery transitions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to identify evolving needs, collect feedback, and champion product improvements.
• Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities while broadening use cases within existing accounts.
• Proven experience in selling professional or engineering services to automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Over 5 years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with project-based statement-of-work sales and software/subscription sales.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Skill in translating technical engineering concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success in structuring and closing complex consultative deals, including RFQs/RFPs, custom scoping, and multi-year framework agreements.
• An existing network among automotive decision-makers and engineering teams is highly advantageous.
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset suited for a dynamic startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Valid work permit for Germany/the EU.
