This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the budgets, inventory, and growth initiatives for Creature Comforts Brewing Company in Georgia.
• Provide distributor partners with the necessary resources to enhance the CCBC portfolio in retail environments.
• Create and implement growth strategies aimed at increasing CCBC’s market presence in Georgia.
• Evaluate sales data to pinpoint opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Train and inform distributor partners on CCBC products and effective sales strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with distributor partners while monitoring their performance.
• Execute marketing plans, objectives, promotional activities, and campaigns.
• Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency.
• Guide and assist market specialists in meeting their sales targets.
• Support specialists with sales strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct regular market visits to provide on-the-ground assistance and feedback.
• Promote a collaborative and motivating atmosphere for specialists.
• Perform additional duties as required by the needs of the organization.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, ideally within the beverage industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving market growth.
• Valid Driver’s License for the working state and a clean driving record.
• Strong comprehension of sales strategies and distributor management practices.
• Excellent leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support market operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
• A strong passion for the craft beer industry and a deep appreciation for the Creature Comforts Brewing Company brand.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 35 lbs and occasionally manage items up to 165 lbs, potentially with assistance from equipment or team members.
• Capability to push and pull carts or display units weighing up to 165 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and walk several miles daily.
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching both overhead and forward.
• Manual dexterity for handling tools and assembling displays.
• Ability to drive for extended periods, load and unload vehicles with items up to 165 lbs, and work in various environments, including outdoor settings.
• Adequate visual and auditory capabilities for reading labels, utilizing sales software, and communicating effectively.
