Senior Sales Executive – West Coast, NY/NJ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Generate new revenue by marketing TechTorch's AI solutions and consulting services to private equity portfolio companies, partner operators, and Fortune 1000 accounts, along with operational leaders focused on revenue growth and business transformation.

• Establish and oversee a sales pipeline from initial prospecting to closing deals, effectively managing intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Revenue Officers, Revenue Operation Leaders, and Sales Operations Executives.

• Collaborate closely with private equity firms and their operating partners to pinpoint and enhance portfolio-wide AI adoption and initiatives for operational improvements.

• Work in partnership with internal delivery and solutions teams to design compelling, ROI-focused proposals.

• Regularly achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Act as a representative for TechTorch at industry events, conferences, executive briefings, and customer interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven history of exceeding quotas in technology, AI, consulting services, enterprise software, or business transformation solutions.

• Proven track record of success in selling to PE-backed companies, operating partner networks, Fortune 1000 organizations, or operational leadership teams driving business performance and transformation efforts.

• Profound understanding of complex, consultative sales processes and enterprise purchasing behaviors.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and sway C-level stakeholders.

• Experience selling solutions that facilitate operational transformation, workflow modernization, revenue enhancement, process improvement, or enterprise technology adoption.

• Familiarity with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-To-Market Operations, commercial leadership, or other cross-functional operational stakeholders is highly desirable.

• A well-established network of private equity operators, technology buyers, enterprise decision-makers, or operational executives is a significant advantage.

• High business acumen with an understanding of how AI, automation, data, and workflow transformation create operational and financial value for large organizations.

• A self-starter mindset; adept at functioning within a high-growth, entrepreneurial atmosphere.

• Experience with AI, data, digital transformation, revenue operations technology, CRM ecosystems, workflow automation, or enterprise business applications is highly beneficial.
