Senior Sales Executive – Legal Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Propel revenue expansion within designated law firms and zero-based firms (ZBFs)

• Identify, penetrate, and grow key accounts

• Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to discovery, proposal, closing, and renewal

• Facilitate consultative discussions to identify client challenges and align customized deposition solutions

• Provide accurate forecasting and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and NetSuite

• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic business assessments for enterprise accounts

• Create recovery strategies for underperforming accounts

• Represent Esquire at industry events and networking opportunities

• Collaborate with leading law firms and corporate legal teams

• Generate new revenue, enhance strategic accounts, and bolster Esquire’s presence in key markets

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must reside in the Las Vegas area

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B or professional services sales

• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling capabilities

• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office

• Proficient with digital research tools

• An Associate’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification is preferred

• High-energy, self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and results-oriented

• Experience in the legal industry is preferred
