This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies for assigned national and alternative distribution accounts.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Discover new business opportunities within current accounts and devise strategies to enhance market share and revenue.
• Seek and develop relationships with new national account insurance organizations and strategic partners.
• Conduct regular check-ins, on-site visits, performance evaluations, and other relevant events.
• Manage intricate business development opportunities through contract negotiation and execution.
• Formulate action plans, sales forecasts, pipeline strategies, and revenue projections.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, operations, product development, implementation, and customer success teams.
• Prepare, coordinate, and deliver presentations, business reviews, product training, and meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, regulatory changes, and emerging needs within the insurance industry.
• Act as a trusted advisor to agency partners.
• Maintain precise CRM records, sales forecasts, opportunity updates, and account activities.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade associations, trade shows, networking events, and agency partner meetings.
• Develop and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 7 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, technology, or professional services sectors is preferred.
• Proven experience managing national or enterprise-level accounts with complex organizations.
• Established connections with insurance carriers, brokers, agencies, or other stakeholders in the insurance industry are strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing revenue and sales goals.
• Strong consultative, solution-oriented sales methodology.
• Experience with sales strategies, support systems, strategic account planning, contract negotiations, and management, as well as enterprise procurement processes.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across various internal teams.
• Solid foundational knowledge of business software and the ability to interpret business reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneNote, and related tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
