This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement Super7's comprehensive growth strategy for Amazon.
• Take ownership of Amazon's revenue, gross margin, profitability, and essential business KPIs.
• Create annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans for Amazon.
• Integrate Amazon's function within Super7's wider omnichannel commercial strategy.
• Identify avenues for growth through assortment, pricing, promotions, advertising, content, availability, and new product introductions.
• Report on performance, opportunities, risks, and suggested actions to executive leadership.
• Act as the senior commercial relationship lead with Amazon.
• Cultivate relationships across Amazon's buying, merchandising, vendor management, advertising, and operational teams.
• Oversee business planning and negotiate commercial terms, promotional strategies, assortment decisions, and growth initiatives.
• Manage sales and profitability forecasting while collaborating with Finance on revenue, margin, trade expenditure, and profitability targets.
• Analyze profitability at SKU, category, and portfolio levels.
• Craft an Amazon-specific assortment strategy and oversee SKU productivity and rationalization.
• Enhance product detail pages, images, videos, A+ content, search visibility, titles, descriptions, Brand Store experience, ratings, reviews, and discoverability.
• Create Amazon advertising strategies and assess ROAS, TACoS, conversion rates, traffic, and incremental sales.
• Collaborate with Operations, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure healthy inventory levels and improve in-stock performance.
• Drive cross-functional cooperation across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations/Supply Chain, Finance, Creative, and Customer Service.
• Mentor Amazon team members and foster a high-performance culture.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in sales, e-commerce, Amazon, or omnichannel commercial roles.
• Extensive experience managing the Amazon 1P and/or 3P business model.
• Proven track record of owning a large and intricate Amazon business.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L and financial management.
• Strong grasp of Amazon's retail, merchandising, advertising, operational, and analytical ecosystem.
• Experience in negotiating with Amazon and managing relationships with senior-level retailers.
• Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
• Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of consumer products, toys, collectibles, entertainment, or related categories is highly preferred.
• Experience with licensed products, collectibles, or fandom-driven businesses is advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• An MBA or equivalent advanced business experience is preferred.
