This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and assess high-potential early-stage leads utilizing internal resources, Dodge, MasterSpec, and SpecLink.
• Create vertical analyses and profiles targeting architectural firms, building owners, and facility managers.
• Monitor significant long-cycle projects featured in construction publications and assign them to the field sales team.
• Track and report on pipeline health, lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, and the transfer of prospects.
• Advocate for GAF Commercial service offerings, including design and specification assistance, roof drainage design, and sustainability and compliance solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, specifiers, building owners, facility managers, spec writers, and roofing consultants to incorporate company products into construction documentation.
• Provide consultation throughout the specification process to align client preferences with technical requirements.
• Engage Building Design and Science teams for opportunities in upselling and cross-selling.
• Coordinate efforts between GAF Commercial and Siplast sales teams from the design phase through to the final bidding process.
• Collaborate with local sales teams on networking events and AIA presentations.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce, documenting project details, managing lead transfers, and tracking relationship milestones.
• Analyze historical data and market analytics to refine target company types, verticals, and decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to develop actionable Battle Cards.
• Collect industry insights through social media and digital platforms.
• Assist in executing targeted go-to-market campaigns by aligning market data with sales scripts.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5+ years of experience in GTM Sales Analysis, Sales Operations, or Specification Sales within the commercial construction, roofing, or building materials sectors.
• Willingness to travel: 5-10%.
• Proficient computer skills, including Google Business Suite.
• Demonstrated experience with commercial construction databases such as Dodge and ConstructConnect.
• Proven experience with specification software like SpecLink and MasterSpec.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Understanding of architectural design processes, construction documents, and building science principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Documented success in delivering technical presentations, such as AIA programs, to professional audiences.
• High level of self-motivation and organization to manage a multi-brand, multi-territory pipeline remotely.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
