This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Assist in the daily operations of commercial activities and business processes.
• Contribute to the reporting, tracking, and analysis of commercial performance.
• Ensure data accuracy across various commercial systems and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other departments to address issues and support business requirements.
• Help oversee processes related to orders, pricing, contracts, and customer service.
• Support initiatives to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
• Aid in the creation of presentations, reports, and updates for leadership.
• Monitor commercial activities and escalate any issues as necessary.
• Assist with cross-functional projects and system updates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and internal procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Experience in a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or reporting systems.
• Background in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry.
• Exposure to pricing, order management, contracts, or customer support processes.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• Ability to move independently, interact with a computer, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
