Senior Sage Intacct Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of new Sage Intacct systems and additional module projects.

• Collaborate closely with clients and Project Managers to ensure projects remain within scope and budget.

• Deliver prompt client support by addressing cases or transferring them to publisher support within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Provide clients with updates at least once a week.

• Proactively escalate publisher cases and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) across the client portfolio.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, consistently achieving milestones and identifying risks early.

• Recognize out-of-scope items and assist Project Managers in preparing timely change orders.

• Keep project plans precise and current.

• Guide junior consultants through leveling discussions and group meetings.

• Contribute to the development of best practices and process enhancements.

• Remain informed about Sage Intacct product updates and evaluate their implications for clients.

• Pursue advanced module certifications, such as CRE, Dynamic Allocations, and Global Consolidations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients even after the go-live phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting Sage Intacct within a consulting framework.

• Capability to work autonomously across various client engagements without close supervision.

• Strong project management abilities, including tracking milestones, budget management, and handling change orders.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills, encompassing expectation management, progress updates, and professionally navigating challenging conversations.

• Experience in mentoring or guiding less experienced consultants.

• Advanced Sage Intacct certifications, especially in CRE, Dynamic Allocations, or Global Consolidations (preferred).

• Familiarity with working within a structured project methodology alongside dedicated Project Managers (preferred).

• Understanding of Sage Intacct publisher escalation processes (preferred).
