Senior SAC Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Convert business and functional requirements into solution architecture and technical design documentation.

• Design, build, test, and implement SAC planning solutions, which include data models, data actions, multi actions, stories, and analytical applications.

• Create and develop custom widgets for SAC and advanced JavaScript to enhance SAC's native functionalities.

• Define data integration processes between SAC and various source systems, including SAP S/4HANA, BW/HANA, SAP Datasphere, and non-SAP platforms.

• Set development standards, reusable components, and code review procedures across different customer environments.

• Act as the technical lead for customer demonstrations and proof of concept projects.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and fellow SAC developers to assess design and technical feasibility.

• Design, architect, develop, and execute budget planning and reporting solutions for federal government clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Must be eligible for Secret or Top Secret clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in designing and developing Budgeting, Planning & Reporting solutions.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in SAC Planning development.

• Served as a technical lead or architect on a minimum of two full-lifecycle SAC Planning implementations.

• Possess expert-level skills in SAC data modeling, data actions, stories, and analytical applications.

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, particularly in building SAC custom widgets or similar web components.

• Experience in integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA and/or BW/HANA.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to present to technical teams and senior client stakeholders.

• Experience in federal budgeting and/or financial management.

• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere.

• Experience in federal delivery, including work within government cloud environments.

• Background in SAP BW/4HANA, BPC, or BW-IP planning.

• Experience with AG Grid, React, or other front-end frameworks.

• Experience utilizing AI for software development.

• Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAC or Datasphere.
