Senior RPA Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business workflows and pinpoint areas for automation and enhancement.

• Design, build, test, and deploy automations primarily utilizing Blue Prism.

• Develop and maintain Business Objects, Processes, Work Queues, Environment Variables, Credentials, and reusable components.

• Implement best practices concerning architecture, security, performance, reusability, and maintainability.

• Establish structured approaches for exception handling, retries, logging, and automation recovery.

• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues across various environments.

• Oversee and document changes throughout development, testing, user acceptance testing, and production phases.

• Engage in code reviews to ensure the technical integrity of solutions.

• Spot opportunities to optimize, enhance, and bolster automation stability.

• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

• Assist in analyzing and mapping AS-IS processes while defining TO-BE processes.

• Prepare and assess technical and functional documentation for automations.

• Utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, employing tools like Jira.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in developing automations/RPA solutions, with significant Blue Prism experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Process Studio, Object Studio, Application Modeller, Work Queues, Exception Handling, Retry and Recovery, Credentials and Environment Variables, Schedules and Control Room, and Release Management.

• Experience in automating web, desktop, Excel, SAP, and legacy applications.

• Understanding of integrations through APIs, web services, and databases.

• Experience in creating reusable components, objects, and functions.

• Familiarity with RPA development, version control, and governance best practices.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Analytical skills and a critical viewpoint on business processes.

• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, particularly Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud, is a plus.
