This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze requirements and business processes to design automation solutions

• Design and develop bots using Automation Anywhere

• Automate the reading, processing, transformation, and updating of information in Excel

• Streamline the management and processing of files used during the workflow

• Develop automations that interact with the client's proprietary systems and web applications

• Automate the creation, updating, and mass loading of information into the client's systems

• Implement validations to ensure the integrity and proper execution of automated processes

• Incorporate exception handling and controls to identify and manage errors during execution

• Conduct unit, functional, and integration testing of the automations

• Analyze and rectify errors identified during testing or operations

• Document the developed solutions, including workflows, configurations, dependencies, and exception handling

• Provide support and maintenance for the implemented automations

• Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of automated processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA development

• Proven experience in developing solutions with Automation Anywhere

• Experience in automation and data management using Microsoft Excel

• Experience in automating processes involving web applications

• Experience interacting with enterprise systems or applications through automation

• Experience in data processing and transformation

• Experience in handling files and mass data loading processes

• Knowledge in RPA workflow design, validations, and exception handling

• Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into automated solutions

• Desirable: experience working with OneDrive and file management tools

• Desirable: experience integrating RPA solutions with the client's proprietary applications

• Desirable: experience with APIs and web services

• Desirable: knowledge of JSON and XML

• Desirable: knowledge of SQL

• Desirable: experience in automation processes related to e-commerce platforms or content management systems
