β’ Responsible for selling full-service recordkeeping for 401(k) Retirement Plan Services to small and mid-market clients.
β’ Cultivates a sales pipeline through various marketing initiatives.
β’ Oversees every aspect of the sales cycle, including proposal development and execution.
β’ Establishes strong working relationships with internal teams and distribution partners.
β’ Provides strategic insights related to T. Rowe Price offerings tailored to meet unique client requirements.
β’ Stays informed about current trends and practices in the industry.
β’ A well-established and expansive professional network within the designated geographical area.
β’ Proven history of success in building a sales pipeline within the small and mid-market segment.
β’ Possession of Series 6 and 63 licenses.
β’ Intelligent, driven, detail-oriented, hardworking, and capable of effectively collaborating with high-caliber executives across various business sectors.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
