Senior Researcher – Executive Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Manage and execute various executive search projects independently and concurrently.

• Collaborate with Partners and Client Partners to create comprehensive client briefs, screening instruments, and supporting materials.

• Source and engage with high-quality candidates through targeted research utilizing LinkedIn, email, phone, and automation tools.

• Conduct structured competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for client requirements.

• Generate longlists and shortlists accompanied by detailed written candidate reports.

• Organize interviews and oversee communication between candidates and clients throughout the process.

• Assist in offer management and negotiation in collaboration with the Client Partner.

• Maintain and manage all candidate information within the internal CRM system.

• Provide market insights from candidate discussions to enhance business development efforts.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently and produce high-quality candidate shortlists.

• Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidates at senior or executive levels.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects within set deadlines.

• Possess a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.

• Reliable fibre or LTE internet connection, a functional laptop, and access to LinkedIn.

• A quiet and dedicated workspace, with the ability to work during UK business hours.

• Familiarity with Life Sciences, Engineering, or Supply Chain sectors.

• Experience using a recruitment CRM or ATS.

• Proficient in utilizing sourcing automation tools.
