Research Scientist – First Author

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated paper reproductions, simulations, and research findings.

• Identify key research domains and classifications within your area of expertise.

• Establish criteria for what constitutes “high-quality research” in AI systems.

• Develop benchmark tasks and evaluation metrics for advanced models.

• Make direct contributions to the benchmark paper and oversee the public evaluation release.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a PhD student or serving as a postdoc in a pertinent STEM discipline.

• Affiliated with a reputable research university or institution.

• Possess at least one published paper in your area of study.

• Capable of critically analyzing research and detecting methodological or technical flaws.

• Actively employing AI for scientific purposes in your current research endeavors.

• Extensive practical experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or comparable AI agents.
