Senior Research Scientist – Real World Evidence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to various projects alongside cross-functional teams as the analytics specialist.

• Design studies based on real-world evidence.

• Create study protocols and analysis strategies.

• Conduct analyses of both primary and secondary data.

• Communicate findings from studies to both internal and external audiences.

• Serve as a thought leader, problem-solver, and data specialist.

• Anticipate the needs of clients.

• Present information to and engage with clients across different functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in Real-World Evidence (RWE).

• Master’s degree in a field related to health services research, such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health.

• Proficient in SAS or R programming.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a diverse team.

• Knowledge and understanding of financial performance related to projects.

• Experienced consultant in health economics and outcomes research, with insight into the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs.

• Expertise in carrying out real-world studies, which includes data feasibility assessments, protocol development, analytic dataset creation, data analysis, and report generation.

• Capacity to conduct analyses autonomously and provide recommendations on study direction.

• Skill in anticipating and identifying considerations important for implementing various methodologies.

• Comfortable presenting to and interacting with clients across diverse functions.
