This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the analytics specialist while contributing to various projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Design studies based on real-world evidence.
• Create protocols for studies and develop analysis plans.
• Analyze both primary and secondary datasets.
• Share study findings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct assessments of data feasibility, generate analytic datasets, execute data analyses, and compile study reports.
• Engage with clients and present findings across different functions.
• 4-6+ years of experience in real-world evidence (RWE).
• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as health services research, health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health.
• Proficient in SAS or R programming languages.
• Capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Understanding of the financial aspects related to project performance.
• Experienced consultant in health economics and outcomes research with knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and medical affairs.
• Skilled in real-world studies, including conducting data feasibility assessments, creating study protocols, generating analytic datasets, performing data analyses, and preparing study reports.
• Ability to independently conduct analyses and provide recommendations regarding study direction.
• Competence in identifying relevant considerations for implementing various methods.
• Comfortable presenting and interacting with clients across multiple functions.
