Senior Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business and system requirements within the credit domain.

• Analyze and model current processes to pinpoint enhancement opportunities and propose solutions utilizing BPM methodologies.

• Develop and review both technical and functional documentation, ensuring it is clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

• Utilize Design Thinking and Visual Thinking methodologies to illustrate complex processes, flows, and concepts in a visual and comprehensible way.

• Conduct meetings and discussions with both technical and business stakeholders to foster alignment on requirements, expectations, and scope.

• Serve as a consultant to identify impacts, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process and system evolution.

• Assist in defining and prioritizing solutions to ensure that business needs align with technological capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements analysis, process modeling, and systems documentation.

• Expertise in BPM methodologies and tools, such as Bizagi, Visio, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong background in technology environments or the financial sector, particularly in credit operations.

• Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing requirements with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Design Thinking and Visual Thinking techniques applied to process documentation and communication.

• Capability to work independently to identify issues, analyze impacts, and suggest improvements.

• Knowledge of SQL Server and DB2 databases.

• Familiarity with or experience in COBOL, CICS, .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Background in digital transformation, systems modernization, or process improvement initiatives within the financial sector.
