This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire recruiting process from initial intake to the acceptance of offers for a consistent volume of non-technical positions within corporate, academic, and operations functions.
• Facilitate structured intake meetings to determine necessary competencies, success profiles, and evaluation criteria.
• Create interview guides and candidate exercises that are aligned with the established scorecards.
• Achieve successful close outcomes by engaging candidates and aligning with stakeholders.
• Leverage automation and AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing, screening, scheduling, and communication processes.
• Actively source, engage, and mobilize passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship development.
• Track pipeline activity and hiring progress while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Represent the College Board's employer brand in all candidate interactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of candidate and requisition data within the ATS.
• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, candidate satisfaction, and overall funnel health.
• Manage the offer process, which includes extending offers, negotiating within established guidelines, and closing candidates.
• Guarantee compliance with organizational policies and hiring standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations and adjust role scopes based on current market conditions.
• Guide leaders in making evidence-based hiring decisions and structured debrief processes.
• Influence hiring outcomes that align with business priorities and long-term talent strategies.
• Educate hiring managers on recruiting tools and data insights.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Preferred experience in corporate and/or educational recruiting.
• Proven track record of managing a steady, high-volume caseload of similar roles.
• Strong capability to build effective relationships with hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Working knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and confidentiality standards.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with Workday is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Eagerness to develop as a recruiter through continuous hands-on experience.
• Experience or interest in education or nonprofit sectors is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel 2 to 4 times annually to College Board offices or for business-related reasons.
• Passion for enhancing educational and career opportunities and engaging in mission-driven work.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, openness to adopting AI-driven solutions, and comfort in learning new digital tools autonomously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
