Senior React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Design and create responsive web applications as well as reusable component libraries utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Employ contemporary React development methodologies, which include functional components, hooks, state management, and modular architecture.

• Develop and uphold scalable front-end architectures along with reusable development patterns.

• Connect React applications to REST APIs and Microsoft cloud services using secure authentication and authorization methodologies.

• Execute automated unit, component, and end-to-end testing.

• Assist in maintaining quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.

• Enhance applications for accessibility, browser compatibility, performance, observability, and maintainability.

• Engage in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.

• Recognize technical debt and contribute to sustainable remediation strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with UX designers, solution architects, backend engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Operate within Git-based development workflows, including pull requests and peer reviews.

• Contribute to Azure DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

• Generate concise technical documentation encompassing architecture, implementation, integrations, and operational considerations.

• Share expertise and offer technical guidance to fellow developers.

• Clearly and proactively communicate technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software development experience, with significant recent hands-on expertise in React and TypeScript.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade React applications and scalable front-end architectures.

• In-depth knowledge of modern React development practices, including functional components, hooks, state management, modular architecture, and asynchronous programming.

• Strong background in designing reusable components and UI libraries.

• Practical experience in integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and cloud services.

• Experience in implementing secure authentication and authorization methods.

• Proficient with unit, component, and end-to-end testing and front-end build tooling.

• Extensive experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, web performance, observability, and secure web development.

• Experience in identifying technical debt and applying maintainable, scalable solutions.

• Proven ability to collaborate with UX designers, architects, backend developers, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.

• Experience in creating technical documentation and leading knowledge-transfer sessions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, or Microsoft Entra ID, is highly desirable.

• Experience integrating React with Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, including Power Platform Component Framework (PCF) controls, is highly advantageous.

• Knowledge of design systems, reusable UI component libraries, application telemetry, and structured software testing is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.

• Proficient English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with international teams.
