Senior R&D Project Manager, Frozen Food

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple R&D projects and programs within the product technology center, concentrating on Innovation and Renovation initiatives in the frozen foods sector, including meals, pizza, and snacks.

• Strategize and plan projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the Idea-to-Launch (I2L) process, corporate strategies, and commitments.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams across R&D, SBU, Zone, and Markets.

• Engage with stakeholders and negotiate with key decision-makers and both internal and external networks.

• Report to the lead of the product technology center project management office.

• Oversee project scope, tasks, costs, timing opportunities, and associated risks.

• Define roles and responsibilities for projects and conduct resource planning.

• Collaborate with marketing, quality assurance, engineering, product development, and other cross-functional teams.

• Provide updates on project status through oral, written, and presentation formats.

• Promote coaching and collaboration among specialists while enhancing the capabilities of junior project managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (or equivalent), with a solid understanding of project management principles.

• Over 5 years of project management experience, ideally within R&D and/or the food & beverage industry.

• More than 7 years of experience in R&D, operations, markets, and/or commercial roles.

• Demonstrated success in project management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) certification is advantageous.

• Candidates must reside in the United States.

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
