Project Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze the status of projects and budgets for STINGRAI

• Manage timelines and create status updates

• Identify project challenges and formulate solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives

• Establish systems for tracking project advancement

• Assist with intervention and problem-solving initiatives alongside project managers, line managers, and clients

• Supervise and synchronize the operational elements of ongoing STINGRAI initiatives

• Act as a bridge between project management, planning, the project team, and leadership

• Contribute to the creation of contract-required deliverables, including technical direction plans and rough-order-of-magnitude pricing

• Administer the risk register

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 1 year of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent combined with 7 years of relevant experience

• Over 4 years of experience supporting intricate technical projects or programs within the Department of Defense (DoD)

• Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management software

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

• Solid proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders

• Comprehensive understanding of DoD project management standards, risk management practices, and compliance regulations

• Must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

• Preferred: active Secret clearance

• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential

• Preferred: familiarity with DoD-specific project management methodologies and tools, including MS Project
