Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create agendas and establish and maintain comprehensive project budgets and schedules.

• Keep building management informed about the progress of projects.

• Prepare and coordinate project documentation and drawing assessments through conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction stages.

• Assist in the selection, contracting, and supervision of consultants and construction teams.

• Review requisitions, change orders, and project invoices; discuss costs and their implications.

• Aid in the marketing of services to clients.

• Comply with corporate, building, client, governmental, safety, and building code policies and regulations.

• Collaborate with building and facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost, and profit objectives.

• Report significant issues, findings, and outcomes to the immediate supervisor along with recommendations.

• Advise management regarding organizational changes, additional commitments, and expenses that exceed approved budgets.

• Uphold high qualitative and quantitative work standards.

• Continuously enhance skills and stay updated with current industry knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture.

• At least 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management role.

• Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing team members.

• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).

• Client-centric approach.

• Proficient in relationship management.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Technical proficiency in relevant areas.

• Experience in consultation.

• Excellent organizational skills.
