📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for performance and quality by utilizing analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strategically plan and implement tasks, recognizing opportunities to enhance value and seeking assistance when necessary.

• Collaborate with team members, clients, and contractor groups.

• Oversee and manage contracts, which includes monitoring costs, forecasting, reporting, managing changes, controlling variances, and handling cash flow.

• Achieve KPIs, oversee program performance, manage costs, and apply value engineering principles.

• Offer commercial guidance and leadership.

• Enhance forecast precision and ensure prompt agreement on final accounts.

• Document lessons learned and assist in knowledge management efforts.

• Suggest enhancements to internal systems and procedures.

• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree or HNC level qualification.

• Experience with NEC3/4 or FIDIC contracts.

• Background in cost or commercial management within Energy (nuclear, renewables, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, low carbon) or Infrastructure (water/utilities/rail/roads/aviation) projects.

• Proven experience working on significant programs or project portfolios.

• Professional Chartership is preferred.
