This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and oversee process mapping aimed at enhancing quality.
• Standardize processes, tools, and systems for performance management.
• Develop and sustain Business Process Management Systems, including Quality Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems.
• Ensure that projects and products align with specified internal and external standards.
• Analyze business challenges and suggest best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
• Utilize industry trends to guide decision-making.
• Lead functional teams or projects that involve moderate resources, risk, and complexity.
• Present business solutions to functional leaders.
• Convey complex messages and negotiate with internal and external partners, vendors, or customers.
• Influence policy and operational guidelines.
• Assess information quality and investigate any discrepancies in data.
• Leverage internal and external resources across functions to assist in decision-making.
• Attract and retain talent while managing medium to large teams.
• Oversee or influence budgets within a business unit, function, or P&L segment.
• Extensive experience in Quality & Business Process Management for positions outside the USA.
• Knowledge equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma with relevant experience for roles outside the USA.
• A Master's degree from an accredited institution for roles in the USA, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Capability to analyze and resolve issues.
• Proficient in leading programs/projects.
• Skilled in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Proven project management expertise.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
