Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in quality assurance processes for development teams utilizing generative AI tools.

• Create test cases and automated tests throughout all levels of the testing pyramid.

• Oversee QA initiatives in a dynamic Agile setting.

• Implement quality processes.

• Mentor developers to independently achieve quality outcomes.

• Automate testing processes for both back-end and front-end systems.

• Serve as a key reference and information source for system project decision-making.

• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions for clients.

• Expertise in generative AI tools that aid quality assurance processes, including test case and automated test generation across all layers of the testing pyramid.

• Demonstrated leadership in QA within a fast-paced Agile environment.

• Experience in setting up quality processes and coaching developers for autonomous quality delivery.

• Extensive knowledge of automation testing tools for both back-end and front-end systems.

• Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation tasks.

• Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
