Senior QA Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Enhance the testing automation strategy within the squads, integrating AI as a core component of the process.

• Develop and maintain Skills, Rules, Agents, and other AI artifacts related to QA.

• Organize technical QA documentation for use by AI models.

• Structure reusable knowledge bases focused on quality.

• Continuously research new tools and techniques of AI applied to testing and automation.

• Create automations that minimize manual work for repetitive and regression testing.

• Participate in testing and quality architecture decisions.

• Serve as a technical counterpart in defining quality standards.

• Produce clear and reusable documentation for testing strategies.

• Share knowledge with the entire team through training, documentation, and practical examples.

• Assist other team members in maximizing the use of AI tools applied to QA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.

• Experience in strategy and planning for functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Practical experience with generative AI (LLMs) applied to QA, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.

• Experience with prompt engineering for generating test cases and test data.

• Experience with AI agents for executing and triaging tests.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools, such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

• Proficiency in version control using Git and technical QA documentation.

• Background in testing HR systems, payroll systems, or messaging services (eSocial) is a plus.

• Experience testing products for the public sector, with attention to regulatory compliance, is advantageous.

• Experience in creating QA automation tools is a plus.

• Participation in defining quality standards will be beneficial.

• Knowledge of DevOps or CI/CD processes is an advantage.

• Experience with on-premises and legacy systems is a plus.

• Production of technical content related to quality and automation will be advantageous.

• CTFL certification is desirable, but not mandatory.
