Senior QA Automation Engineer – Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct functional and performance testing by utilizing disposable environments to deploy microservices with various versions and configurations, while also customizing database content.

• Collaborate on test automation in conjunction with feature development, utilizing functional and performance testing frameworks.

• Customize, configure, and update services, as well as deploy infrastructure and code modifications in production.

• Analyze log files and troubleshoot production issues by automating and replicating them within non-production environments.

• Strategize, create, and implement feature-validation and test-automation methodologies and solutions.

• Engage in reviews of application specifications and participate in architectural design discussions from a quality assurance perspective.

• Configure and oversee application performance in production environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in developing test automation using Java and Selenium.

• Experience with integrated development environments like IntelliJ or Eclipse.

• Familiarity with deploying services in environments such as Kubernetes.

• Experience with deployment tools including ArgoCD and Jenkins.

• Capability to enhance existing test infrastructure using Docker, Selenium, and headless browser execution.

• Knowledge of log aggregation tools such as SumoLogic, Kibana, or Splunk.

• Acquainted with application monitoring solutions like Honeycomb or Grafana.

• Enthusiasm for test automation and a commitment to delivering high-quality features in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable working within an Agile framework.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory for all positions.
