Senior QA Automation Engineer – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and take ownership of an automation framework for both functional and performance testing.

• Develop agents to streamline and automate current QA/testing workflows, reducing engineering friction.

• Create the applications and services that automation relies on, deploy them, and manage them in production environments.

• Transform prototypes into fully functional solutions by building demos, collecting feedback, and iterating until the solutions are robust, monitored, and refined.

• Spot deficiencies in current frameworks and tools and work towards solutions that address them.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in developing production software, with comprehensive knowledge of test infrastructure, test frameworks, developer tools, and a solid understanding of platform engineering.

• Demonstrated experience in creating agentic solutions and test automation frameworks from scratch, including design, development, iteration, and promoting adoption.

• Proficiency with agentic coding tools, including managing multiple agents and reviewing pull requests generated by agents.

• Practical experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and overseeing deployment lifecycles.

• Capability to independently transform vague problem statements into clearly defined, actionable solutions.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory for all roles.
